Age School We’re splitting everyone into three groups for an activity—HR, IT, and Finance. Please select the group you’re most interested in. This is just to gauge interest and does not guarantee placement in your preferred group.

Human Resources (HR) - is all about helping a company take care of its people—hiring the right talent, supporting them as they grow, and making sure the workplace runs smoothly and stays fair.

Information Technology (IT) - is all about using computers, software, and tech tools to help businesses work better, solve problems, and stay ahead in a fast-changing digital world.

Finance - is the management of money and resources, helping businesses make informed decisions, plan for the future, and drive long-term success.

Camp Attendance Policy

We are excited to offer Camp at no cost to participants ensuring accessibility for all participants thanks to our corporate sponsor, Heidrick & Struggles. However, due to limited capacity and high demand, we are implementing the following Camp Attendance Policy to ensure fairness and maximize opportunities for all interested students: This Camp has a capacity of 50 students. If for some reason your daughter is no longer able to attend, we kindly request that you notify programs@femalestrong.org as soon as possible so that we can offer the spot to a student on our waitlist. Please note: If we do not receive notification of cancellation at least one business day in advance and your child does not attend Camp, a $50 no-show fee will be invoiced to you directly. This policy helps us maintain the integrity of our programs and ensures that every available spot is utilized to benefit students eager to participate. Thank you for your understanding and cooperation.
